Job summary

Munro Footwear Group is seeking a Customer Experience Champion for our Williams Glendale Kempsey store during peak season. You’ll greet customers with energy, help them find their perfect fit and keep the store looking sharp, creating memorable shopping moments.

As a retail casual team member, you’ll assist with stock deliveries, support a fast-paced team and be available through the busiest trading period from late November to February 2027.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Be a Customer Experience Champion. At Munro Footwear Group (MFG), we're looking for energetic team members to join our Williams Glendale team during our biggest trade season,when our stores are buzzing and we focus on delivering the ‘Munro Experience' with every interaction.

As a Customer Experience Champion (retail casual), you'll greet every customer with high energy, help them find their perfect fit, and keep the store looking on point. From stock deliveries to customer service that counts, you'll help to make every moment matter for our customers.
