Job summary

Munro Footwear Group in Sydney's Narellan store is seeking a Seasonal Casual Sales Assistant to deliver the ‘Munro Experience’ with every customer interaction. You’ll greet customers with energy, help them find the perfect fit and keep the store looking inviting during our peak season.

As a Customer Experience Champion, you’ll support stock deliveries, work as part of a fast-paced team, and be available from late November through February 2027.

Qualifications

• No formal qualifications required beyond customer service enthusiasm.
• Experience in retail is a plus.
• Available during peak season (Nov–Feb).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with energy and assist with fitting products.
• Maintain store presentation and stock deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service during busy periods.
