Job summary

Spotlight is seeking passionate and energetic Retail Team Members to deliver an outstanding customer experience during the busy Christmas peak in New South Wales.

Join us for flexible hours, great team culture, and generous staff discounts as we navigate Click Frenzy through to Boxing Day. You will provide friendly service, help shoppers find gifts and decorations, and work across registers and stock replenishment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Positive attitude mandatory
• Flexible to work weekends, late nights and extended trading hours during peak
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Quick to learn and helpful in any area
