Brand Collective is seeking Seasonal Casual Retail Sales Assistants for the Birkenhead store. Bring energy and a customer-first attitude to help shoppers find the right footwear and brands through the peak season from October 2026 to January 2027.

You’ll contribute to a vibrant store environment, learn product knowledge quickly, and support a high-energy team with strong safety and service standards.

Qualificações

• Flexible availability from October 2026 through January 2027, including weekends and late nights.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and contribute to a high-energy team.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a Seasonal Casual Team Member, you’ll bring your energy and A-game to the shop floor by:

• Delivering warm, engaging customer service that leaves a lasting impression
• Assisting customers in finding the right products to suit their needs and style preferences
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment
• Driving sales through confident product knowledge and a proactive approach
• Contributing to a positive, high-energy team culture with a focus on safety and teamwork

You're the kind of person who:

• Has solid communication and problem-solving skills
