Job summary

Forever New is seeking a Seasonal Casual Sales Assistant in Western Australia. You will engage customers with enthusiastic, fashion-forward service and contribute to a lively holiday shopping environment.

This role offers opportunities to grow within a global fashion brand and to be part of a diverse, energetic team. You will report to the Store Manager and work across weekends and public holidays, delivering exceptional customer experiences while staying updated on the latest trends.

Qualifications

• Availability across weekends and after-hours during the holiday period.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Sales-driven with a fashion sense and trend awareness.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Process transactions accurately and handle returns as required.
• Restock shelves,セット merchandise and maintain store presentation.
• Support store team during peak periods and promotional events.
