Job summary

The Body Shop Australia is recruiting Seasonal Casual Beauty Advisors to support the store management team in delivering exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times and to drive sales and profit.

You will learn our customers' needs, recommend fantastic products, uphold company values, and offer expert advice to inspire customers with The Body Shop philosophy. Availability Monday through Sunday is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with focus on building rapport with customers
• Team player, open to daily coaching/feedback from Store and Assistant Manager
• Genuine passion for beauty and retail industry
• Confident in reaching store targets and sales
• Active contributor to a joyful collective by being agile, tenacious and optimistic
• Availability Monday through to Sunday

Your role in a nutshell

To support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times.

Key Duties

• The Beauty Advisor will take the time to learn our customer’s needs and recommend fantastic products that make them feel so good.
• Uphold the values and vision of the company whilst ensuring adherence to company procedures & policies.
• Offer expert advice to our customers and provide an inspirational insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy.

What We Look For
