Job summary

The Body Shop Australia is seeking a Christmas Casual Beauty Advisor to help drive sales through outstanding customer service on the shop floor. You will learn customer needs, recommend products, and share our brand philosophy with shoppers.

We value interpersonal skills, a passion for beauty, and teamwork. Availability across Monday to Sunday and openness to coaching will help you succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building rapport with customers.
• A team player who welcomes daily coaching/feedback from Store and Assistant Manager.
• A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry.
• Confident in reaching store targets and sales.
• An active contributor to our joyful collective as an agile, tenacious and optimistic team member.
• Availability Monday through Sunday is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the store management team in driving sales and profit through exceptional customer service on the shop floor.
• Take time to understand customer needs and recommend products that fit.
• Uphold The Body Shop values and adhere to company procedures and policies.
• Provide expert product advice and share The Body Shop philosophy with customers.
