The Body Shop Australia is recruiting Seasonal Casual Beauty Advisors to join our Melbourne stores. You will deliver exceptional customer service on the shop floor, learn customer needs, and recommend The Body Shop products that make shoppers feel great.

Ideal candidates have a passion for beauty, strong communication skills, and a willingness to be coached daily. Availability Monday through Sunday is preferred to cover shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building rapport with customers.
• A team player and open to daily coaching/feedback from Store and Assistant Manager.
• A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry.
• Confident in reaching store targets and sales.
• Active contributor to a joyful collective by being agile and optimistic.
