The Body Shop Australia is seeking Seasonal Casual Beauty Advisors to join our Penrith store. You will support store management to drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service on the shop floor. Learn customer needs, recommend products, and embody our values and product philosophy.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for beauty. Availability Monday through Sunday is preferred to cover shifts in a busy retail environment.

The Body Shop Australia is currently recruiting for Seasonal Casual Beauty Advisors.

Your role in a nutshell

To support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times.

• The Beauty Advisor will take the time to learn our customer’s needs and recommend fantastic products that make them feel so good.
• Uphold the values and vision of the company whilst ensuring adherence to company procedures & policies.
• Offer expert advice to our customers and provide an inspirational insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy.

What we look for

• Previous retail experience is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a particular focus on building rapport with customers
• A team player and be open to receiving daily coaching / feedback from your Store and Assistant Manager.
