Your Role: SEO Analyst

We’re on the lookout for a detail-oriented, curious, and data-savvy SEO Analyst to join our team! You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver SEO strategies that drive meaningful visibility and performance. If you’re someone who loves digging into data, solving problems, and continuously optimising for results - we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Support the creation and implementation of tailored SEO strategies for a range of clients across industries.

Technical Audits & Recommendations:

Conduct audits and identify technical improvements that will enhance site health and search performance.

Keyword Research & On-Page Optimisation:

Analyse search data and advise on keyword targeting, content enhancements, and metadata optimisation.

Reporting & Insights:

Use tools like GA4, GSC, Screaming Frog and SEMrush to track progress, deliver reports, and share performance insights that align with client goals.

Partner with Account Managers and SEO Leads to present insights, communicate clearly with clients, and drive next-step action plans.

Process Improvement:

Contribute to internal documentation, reporting templates, and workflow enhancements that support delivery efficiency.

Key Performance Indicators

Improved organic traffic and keyword rankings
Timeliness and accuracy of SEO reports and audits
Quality of insights shared with clients and internal teams
Contribution to overall client satisfaction and campaign success

Requirements

3+ years in an SEO-focused role (agency or in-house)

Availability: Full-time, with 9 am – 5 pm AEST availability
