What You'll Do: Drive Digital Excellence

• Create, execute, and deliver comprehensive, long-term organic search strategies tailored to client goals.
• Lead strategic discussions and implement advanced tactics across Technical SEO, Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), Content Marketing, and Offsite SEO.
• Stay continuously updated on Google algorithm updates, shifting search trends, and organic best practices.

In Client Management & Communication:

• Act as the central point of contact for multiple stakeholders, building strong, trusted rapport with our clients.
• Manage expectations and timelines seamlessly for both internal digital teams and external clients.
• Prepare and deliver regular, high-quality strategy presentations and data-driven organic performance reports.

In General:

• Collaborate closely with a dedicated internal team, combining high-quality creatives with advanced performance management.
• Deeply analyze data metrics to turn organic search insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Be proactive, customer-centric, and clear in all professional communications and team huddles.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

• Experience: At least 4+ years working in a digital marketing agency environment, with at least 2 years in a direct client-facing account management role.
• SEO Expertise: Deep knowledge of SEO best practices, HTML/CSS fundamentals, and expert-level proficiency with Google Search Console.
• Tool Mastery: Hands-on experience navigating industry tools such as SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and similar platforms.
• Analytical Skills: A genuine passion for data analytics and a proven track record of preparing comprehensive reporting documents.
• Collaboration: Strong presentation skills and a love for teamwork balanced with the ability to excel as an individual contributor.
• Location: Must be living in Sydney, Australia, and available to work full-time on-site at our St Leonards office.
