Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

The Test Specialist will be responsible for API/Webservices Testing, sdet, and selenium. The role entails ensuring the quality and efficiency of API and web services, as well as designing and implementing automated tests using selenium.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Conduct api testing to ensure functionality, reliability, performance, and security of various software applications
• 2. Create and execute automated test scripts using selenium for web application testing
• 3. Collaborate with development and testing teams to enhance testing processes and improve product quality
• 4. Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements
• 5. Identify and report bugs and work with cross functional teams to resolve issues in a timely manner

Skill Requirements

• 1. Proficiency in api testing tools such as postman, soap ui, or restassured
• 2. Strong experience in designing and executing automated test scripts using selenium webdriver
• 3. Sound knowledge of software development life cycle (sdlc) and testing methodologies
• 4. Familiarity with programming languages like java, python, or c# for test automation
• 5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• 6. Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team environment
