Job summary

SchoolHouse is assisting an independent Catholic secondary day school for girls in Sydney's Parramatta Region to recruit a Science Teacher for Stage 4-5. This is a full-time temporary parental leave contract covering terms 1–3.

The role requires a relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelor of Education), current NESA Accreditation and WWCC (or eligibility to gain), and the ability to teach with enthusiasm and collaborate with a supportive school community.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications (Bachelor of Education, etc.)
• Current NESA Accreditation and WWCC (or eligibility to gain)
• Appropriate qualifications and experience teaching
• Motivation and a passion to work with and support young people on their journey through secondary education
• Enthusiasm and flexibility with the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
