Randstad Education is partnering with an innovative Catholic Co-educational Secondary College located in Melbourne's Western Suburbs. Educating 1,400 students, the College aims to educate young people with an appreciation of the spiritual, intellectual, and physical aspects of their lives.

The College actively embeds the Berry Street Education Model to support student learning and wellbeing needs, while maintaining high academic standards and collaborative teaching practices. As a premier provider of VCE offshore delivery, educators have access to exciting international travel and mentoring opportunities that offer generous time and financial allowances.

The Role

We are seeking passionate STEM educators across Science and Technology for a 2027 commencement. We invite applications from teachers specialising in:

• Science
• Digital Technologies

Key responsibilities include designing hands‑on, evidence-based learning experiences, developing critical thinking, and promoting student achievement within a collaborative faculty environment.

Successful Candidate Profile

Full registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) and full working rights in Australia.

Proven ability to teach secondary Science, Digital Technologies, or Systems Engineering.

Innovative mindset, commitment to evidence-based teaching, student wellbeing, and alignment with Catholic educational values.

Salary range of $79,589 - $118,063 in accordance with the CEMEA.
