Job summary

An independent girls’ school in Brisbane seeks a Middle Years Science and Mathematics Teacher on a fixed-term, full-time basis from Term 2 through to year-end.

Teach Science with Mathematics, collaborate with a supportive faculty, align to QCAA and Australian Curriculum, and contribute to student wellbeing.

Must have Education qualifications, current QCT registration, and a collaborative, faith-based school ethos with ICT engagement.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Education
• Current Queensland College of Teachers registration
• Experience teaching Middle Years Science, with the ability to teach Mathematics
• Strong understanding of contemporary teaching practices and curriculum frameworks
• Confident use of ICT in the classroom
• Ability to contribute positively to a collaborative school environment
• Alignment with a faith-based school ethos and commitment to student wellbeing

The Opportunity
ANZUK Education is working in partnership with a leading independent girls’ school in Brisbane, seeking a Middle Years Science and Mathematics Teacher for a fixed-term, full-time position from Term 2 through to the end of the year.

This role sits within a well-established academic environment known for strong outcomes, a broad co-curricular program and a genuine focus on student wellbeing. The position will involve teaching Science across the Middle Years, with additional Mathematics classes, working within a collaborative and well-supported faculty.
