Job summary

Midford, a long-standing Australian schoolwear designer and supplier, seeks a coordinator for the development of Midford Schoolwear products. You will manage fabric and garment development, ensure quality, production lead times, and budget adherence, liaising with overseas factories and reviewing samples.

Based in Milperra, you will report to the Production Manager and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in garment construction or manufacturing is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product data, pricing, and supplier details in SAP ERP.
• Raise, process, and confirm purchase orders and track delivery dates in SAP and Production Tracker.
• Coordinate samples with vendors and internal teams to meet critical path deadlines.
• Assist with QC inspections to ensure quality.
• Maintain the Midford tracking and sample records.
• Assist with investigation of customer returns and corrective actions.
