Job summary

ISS Global is seeking casual school cleaners in the Yamba area, NSW. The role involves cleaning classrooms, offices, bathrooms and kitchens across NSW Public Schools, TAFEs and government buildings.

You will travel across multiple locations, with travel allowances where applicable and PPE provided. We value diversity and inclusivity and welcome applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, Veterans, people with disability and LGBTIQA+ individuals.

Qualifications

• A NSW police clearance is required and must be current (within 3 months).
• Able to pass NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own transport to work across locations.
• Physically able to perform cleaning duties, including lifting up to 15 kg.

Responsibilities

• Clean all facilities including classrooms, offices, bathrooms, kitchens and grounds.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and wipe surfaces.
• Maintain stock supplies and process orders.
• Work autonomously with a strong commitment to safe work practices.

Help ISS in achieving a high standard of cleaning services to Public Schools, TAFES and Government Buildings across New South Wales!

We are seeking casual school cleaners in the Yamba are Monday to Friday.

• A clear New South Wales police clearance, within 3 months of issue.
• Already hold or able to pass a NSW Working with Children Check.
• Must have own transport and drivers License to work across multiple locations
• Physically fit to perform cleaning duties including climbing steps, carrying of backpacks, and lifting up to 15kg of equipment.

What your day will look like:

• Cleaning of all facilities including;classrooms, offices, bathrooms, kitchens and grounds.
• Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting and wiping surfaces.
• Maintenance of stock supplies and orders.
• Working autonomously with little supervision, with a strong commitment to safe work practices.
