The Reece Group is seeking Year 10 students for School–based Traineeships at Plumbing Bundaberg. You will work toward a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations while gaining hands-on experience in a Reece branch, completing coursework and on-the-job training.

Responsibilities include customer service, stock management, and learning product knowledge, with Saturday availability required. Additional hours during school holidays may be offered.

Qualifications

• Year 10 student undertaking a School–based Traineeship toward a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations.
• Commitment to completing workbook and on-the-job training requirements.
• Eligibility to work in Australia and availability on Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Embrace Reece values, policies and procedures.
• Provide customer service at the Bundaberg Plumbing branch.
• Complete all requirements of the Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations.
• Assist with stock management and daily branch duties.
• Answer phone calls to take messages and orders; communicate with customers and staff.
• Build product knowledge and provide follow up to customers.
• Contribute to maintaining a high standard in the branch.
