MRAEL, in partnership with Lawrence & Hanson, is seeking a School-Based Retail Trainee. This role is ideal for students in year 10 or 11 who want hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will gain real-world skills in customer service, stock control, and basic computer work while earning a weekly wage as you learn the ropes of running a busy store. This is a physical role requiring lifting 5–10 kg and a positive, learn‑and‑grow attitude.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service is a plus.
• Basic computer skills to navigate systems and online training.
• This is a physical role requiring ability to lift 5–10 kg.
• Positive, willing-to-learn attitude to keep up when store gets busy.

Responsabilités

• Greeting customers, helping them find what they need, and processing purchases.
• Unpacking deliveries, counting stock, stocking shelves and packing products.
• Handling basic data entry and completing online training and induction modules.
• Store upkeep: cleaning shelves, sweeping and organizing stock.
