Job summary

QinetiQ Limited in Canberra is building a pipeline of talented project and program schedulers for defence-oriented programs. You’ll contribute to significant, complex and always impactful projects, excel in customer-facing environments, and bring calm clarity to challenging scheduling tasks with OPP where relevant.

In support of upcoming programs of work, we’re building a pipeline of talented project and program scheduler's who are keen to contribute to significant, often complex and always impactful defence-oriented programs. If you excel in customer facing environments, relish problem solving and can bring calming clarity to challenging projects along with having a strong attention to detail - we are keen to hear from you.

We are also looking for the successful candidates to have experience working with OPP (Open Plan Professional).

As an ideal candidate, you’ll present with demonstrated experience in your project and program scheduler field of expertise, ideally underpinned by relevant qualifications. As every opportunity is unique, we’re open to hearing from people with varied experiences in either or both above and below the line programs.

Due to the nature of the opportunities, current Australian defence security clearance is essential (ideally NV1 of higher but candidates with Baseline clearance are also encouraged to register interest).
