Job summary

Accenture is seeking a transformation-minded leader to guide large SAP/SuccessFactors implementation programs. You will collaborate with clients, sponsors and cross-functional teams to drive scope, risk management, and value realization.

You’ll travel to client sites as needed and mentor delivery teams through complex digital transformations. You’ll bring extensive SuccessFactors expertise, certifications, and a track record of delivering large-scale programs with offshore and onshore resources.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SuccessFactors implementation or transformation experience
• 3+ years as a Project/Workstream/Client Lead on large transformational projects with on- and off-shore resources
• Certification in SuccessFactors Compensation and other SuccessFactors areas

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk
• Kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led
• Show clients how SAP can solve their business problems
• Run workstreams and project activities, interact with clients and teams
• Drive profitability and service quality across engagements
• Coordinate with technical, reports, conversion and change management teams
• Record requirements, solutions and impacts, and document final decisions

You Are:

A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your superpower? Using your know-how to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more . You’re as comfortable working in teams and leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. And you’re up for traveling regularly to client sites.

The Work:

• Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
• Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led
• Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems
• Work in a team where you wear lots of hats – interacting with clients, managing workstreams, collaborating with other teams – and where you may need to be in charge
• Run the workstream and/or project activities you’ve been given
• Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality
• Interact with all workstreams – technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management and more
• Tweak current methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that meet clients’ needs
• Check business requirements to find configuration solutions
• Keep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

Here’s what you need:

• Minimum 5 years of SuccessFactors implementation or transformation experience
• Minimum 3 year of SuccessFactors Compensation and Compensation Strategy experience
• Minimum 3 year of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large transformational project with on- and off-shore resources
• Certification in SuccessFactors Compensation and other SuccessFactors areas
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

• You can grasp a solution, talk about its business objective, and configure the solution and tools
• You’re an ace at managing and delivering projects
• You’re great at working creatively in a problem-solving environment

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
