Job summary

Accenture Global is seeking SAP S/4HANA Finance professionals at Consultant to Manager levels to support and lead Finance transformation initiatives. Roles require hands-on SAP Finance experience and practical use of AI tools to enhance productivity, documentation, analysis and solution quality.

Candidates will engage across design, configuration, testing, data validation and governance. Responsibilities cover end-to-end Finance solution delivery, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge transfer,

Qualifications

2+ years to 10+ years SAP Finance experience across consulting, implementation, enhancement, support or transformation roles.
Exposure to at least one SAP implementation, S/4HANA conversion, rollout, enhancement or support engagement.
Mandatory hands-on AI experience in professional or enterprise contexts to improve documentation, analysis, testing, or solution validation.
Strong consulting capability and ability to lead stakeholder engagement and design governance.

Responsibilities

Support or lead SAP S/4HANA Finance solution activities across GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, Cash Management, Group Reporting and close.
Facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops and translate business needs into practical SAP Finance solutions.
Prepare or own functional specs, configuration documents, test scripts, and knowledge transfer materials.
Configure, validate and support SAP Finance processes within design principles and integration touchpoints.
Work with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end Finance delivery and post-go-live stabilization.
Provide Finance solution leadership and mentoring for senior candidates.
