Qualifications

• Strong background in systems integration across multiple enterprise environments.
• Experience with ERP/SAP integration concepts, interfaces and data flows.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide technical support.
• Exposure to system testing, release activities and production support.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure and maintain integrations within the Defence Integration Backbone (IBB) environment.
• Support ERP project delivery involving SAP S/4HANA and connected enterprise systems.
• Assist with system integration activities, testing, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Provide operational support to ensure reliability and performance of integration services.
• Support release management activities, deployments and associated technical processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure successful integration outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of integration processes and practices.
