Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Product Costing & FA Accounting SME to support the ANZ SAP S/4HANA implementation. You will provide domain expertise, document requirements, and help design end-to-end processes with the Stream Lead and stakeholders.

You will run workshops, validate processes, support testing and readiness, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships while aligning with Kraft Heinz policies and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in process improvement and/or project, transformation, or system-related initiatives.
• Able to document requirements and processes and translate business needs into practical solutions with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience supporting workshops and delivery activities (e.g., testing, training, implementation).
• Comfortable working in a changing environment with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Product Costing & FA Accounting domain SME input across design, build, and deployment.
• Document and validate current-state processes and business requirements (including pain points/opportunities).
• Support future-state process and solution design aligned to SAP S/4 and business needs.
• Participate in workshops/design discussions; review and validate proposed process/system changes.
• Support issue and risk management within the stream (process, data, solution), including escalation where required.
• Contribute to testing (scenario input, execution support, defect triage, outcome validation).
• Support change and readiness activities (process documentation, training inputs, communications, adoption support).
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide regular updates to the Stream Lead.
• Work in line with Kraft Heinz policies and uphold Kraft Heinz values.
