• 15+ years of hands-on SAP Finance consulting experience.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale transformations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HANA in finance transformations.
• Experience with digital adoption and process intelligence tools.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own the delivery strategy for SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations.
• Serve as trusted advisor to C-suite and senior stakeholders across complex environments.
• Define and embed best-practiced delivery methodologies, templates, and accelerators.
• Mentor and develop senior consultants and principals.
• Actively contribute to business development—shaping proposals and client presentations.
• Represent the practice at industry events and client briefings to strengthen market reputation.

• DemonstratedexperiencewithWalkMe(digitaladoption)andSignavio(processintelligenceandmining)
• Provenabilitytomanagedifficultstakeholders,resolvedeliveryconflicts,andnavigateambiguousprogrammeenvironments
• Trackrecordofleadingmulti-disciplinaryteamsthroughfulltransformationlifecycles-fromdesignandbuildthroughtohypercare
