Job summary

Speller International in Sydney is seeking an experienced SAP ECP Functional Consultant to join a growing client base and deliver HRIS transformations across payroll implementations.

Open to all experience levels, the role involves configuring SAP ECP/ECC Payroll, Australian payroll rules, STP, Superannuation and Terminations, supporting workshops, translating requirements, and collaborating with SAP SuccessFactors Payroll teams.

Qualifications

• SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll configuration experience.
• Strong understanding of Australian Payroll requirements including STP, Superannuation and Terminations.
• Experience working on payroll implementations or support.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualification.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification.

Responsibilities

• Work across SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll implementations and configuration.

• Support solution design workshops and customer discussions.

We're open to all experience levels, from consultants building their SAP Payroll career through to highly experienced specialists.
