Job summary

Subway is hiring a Junior Sandwich Artist on a casual, temporary basis at Thornton Supa Centre, NSW. You’ll greet guests, prepare and serve Subway sandwiches, and deliver friendly customer service. Training is provided through Subway courses, and you’ll work as part of a team to uphold brand standards and hygiene.

Previous experience in food preparation or retail is helpful but not required; a winning attitude is valued and there are opportunities for growth within the franchise network.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food preparation or customer service is desirable but not essential.
• Full training will be provided through Subway University courses.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food storage and preparation areas comply with Health & Safety standards.
• Comply with Food Code of Practice.

Job Introduction

Previous experience in food preparation, retail sales and/or customer service is desirable but not essential because you will receive full training and undertake various University of Subway® courses. What's more important is a winning attitude. If you're currently working in retail or in a restaurant, perhaps you are studying or have recently graduated and are looking to start a career in the food industry.
