Fabtech Maintenance is seeking experienced Sand Blasters and Industrial Painters to join our diligent, safety-minded team in a fast-paced workshop and site environment.

You'll surface prepare metal components, apply coatings, follow safety standards, and work with modern facilities. Immediate start, ongoing work, PPE provided, and opportunities to upskill in a supportive, team-focused company.

Competenze

• Previous experience in sandblasting and/or industrial painting (preferred but training available)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality finishes
• Safe working practices with PPE in hot, dusty, and noisy environments
• Reliable, punctual, and team player
• Current driver's licence and White Card highly regarded

Key responsibilities

Sand Blasters:

Provide surface preparation of metal components and heavy equipment using industrial blasting techniques

Operate and maintain blasting equipment to ensure top-quality finishes for each and every project

Work to safety and environmental standards

Apply industrial coatings (spray, brush, or roll) to prepared surfaces

Colour-match, prime, and finish to high-quality standards for every project

Maintain painting equipment and ensure proper storage of coatings and materials to provided guidelines

About you

Previous experience in sandblasting and/or industrial painting (preferred but not essential - training available for the right candidates)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality finishes

Ability to carry out work safely with PPE in hot, dusty, and noisy environments

Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

Current driver's licence and White Card highly regarded
