Job summary

Domayne Fyshwick Electrical is seeking a customer-focused Salesperson to join our Domayne Fyshwick Electrical team. You’ll help customers find life at home solutions and provide outstanding service.

With experience in retail, strong product knowledge of TV, Audio and other electronics, you’ll work in a team, hit sales targets, and enjoy generous staff discounts and commission-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for retail and delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience in customer-focused retail and strong communication skills.
• Knowledgeable about electrical products (TV, Audio, peripherals) to assist queries.
• Able to work in a team, hit sales targets and adapt to varied hours.

We are seeking an enthusiastic customer service focused Salesperson to join the Domayne Fyshwick Electricalteam.

What we require:

• Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail business
• A high level of Electrical product knowledge such as TV, Audio and other peripheral devices to support customer queries
• Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs
• Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
• Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
• Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
