Job summary

Harvey Norman Broken Hill is seeking a passionate Salesperson to join the Electrical Team, delivering Great Service to customers and helping them find the best home solutions.

You will apply knowledge of TV, audio and peripherals, assist customers, and work in a team to achieve store targets. Part-time role with staff discounts and potential for career progression.

Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends and public holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in or ability to work in a customer-focused retail business.
• High level of electrical product knowledge (TV, Audio, peripherals).
• Ability to service customers while managing tasks around their needs.
• Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer-focused problem solving.
• Experience resolving complaints and ensuring happy, timely service.
• Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades.

• Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
