As a Sales Team Member, you're the first person our customers connect with when they walk into the store. Your focus is to deliver exceptional service that ensures customers feel confident when selecting pieces for their home.

• Listen and understand customers' needs to build rapport and guide them to the right products.
• Create an outstanding in-store experience that drives sales, repeat visits and customer loyalty.

• Maintain high visual merchandising standards and keep the store clean, safe and ready to welcome customers.
