Job Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our Valtra brand on a 12-month fixed-term basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in implementing our brand strategy and driving sales results across the ANZ region. The role is remote-based in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).

Your key responsibilities will include supporting and guiding our dealers to achieve market share and volume targets. You will develop and implement programs that enhance dealer performance and exceed customer expectations.

You will excel if you:

  • Embrace a consultative selling approach
  • Have a deep understanding of dealership operations and maintain strong relationships with dealer teams
  • Collaborate closely with salespersons, sales managers, and dealership principals to meet sales targets
  • Implement short- and medium-term business targets and strategies in alignment with your manager

Your Impact:

As a Sales Specialist for the Valtra brand, you will support the ANZ Valtra Dealer network, serving as the go-to contact for sales inquiries and assistance in areas such as:

  • Sales Campaigns: Drive and manage sales campaigns to boost performance and achieve targets.
  • Specification & Options Enquiries: Offer expert advice on product specifications and options.
  • Demonstration Events: Organize and participate in events to showcase our products.
  • Customer Machine Installations: Assist with machine installations to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Product Training & Sales Coaching: Provide training and coaching to enhance dealer capabilities.
  • Field Days & Dealer Events: Attend and represent Valtra at events to promote our brand.
  • Stock Unit Allocation: Manage stock distribution.
  • Brand Awareness: Engage with the dealer network to maintain Valtra's top-of-mind presence.

Your efforts will be crucial in maintaining and enhancing Valtra's strong presence within the dealer network, ensuring customer expectations are exceeded.

Your Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within the agriculture industry or large machinery sector
  • Business or agricultural qualifications are a plus
