Bidfood Wollongong is seeking a Sales Representative to engage chefs and foodservice clients at Albion Park Rail, delivering exceptional service and driving sales in a hands‑on, field role.
You will be out in the field, building relationships, processing orders, and collaborating with warehouse and driver teams to ensure smooth delivery and strong customer satisfaction. This is a Monday–Friday role with occasional weekend work, offering growth in sales and service within a supportive team.

About the role
Whether you’ve worked in sales, front-of‑house or behind the pass, you’ll bring a mix of industry knowledge, people skills and commercial instinct to help customers get what they need.
This is a people-first role. You’ll be out and about, talking to chefs, checking in with customers, maintaining strong relationships and building new ones. As the main point of contact for Bidfood customers, you’ll be trusted to understand their needs, recommend products and help keep their businesses running smoothly. Internally, you’ll collaborate with the warehouse, purchasing and driver teams to ensure a high level of service from end to end.

About you
You know foodservice. Maybe you’ve been a chef, a manager or a Bidfood customer. You get the pace, the pressure and what it takes to deliver consistently. You’re a people person - confident, calm and genuinely driven to help others succeed. You understand the value of great service and know how to build trust with every interaction. Sales experience, foodservice experience or an FMCG background will be highly regarded.
