Joining the Journey Beyond family, you will play an integral role in supporting our business as we continue to share special places and shape lasting memories for our guests.
Based in Melbourne, the Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for providing strategic oversight and exceptional leadership across our Attractions & Dining (A&D) businesses, which include the renowned Melbourne Skydeck, Eureka 89, Darwin Harbour Cruises, and Journey Beyond Cruise Sydney. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and enhancing the reputation of our brands to help exceed targets.
Reporting directly to the Executive General Manager of A&D and collaborating closely with the EGM of Marketing & Comms and the EGM of Industry Sales & Partnerships, you will develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies in tandem with the broader Journey Beyond group. You will lead a Sales & Marketing Executive, focusing on growing demand for A&D products, optimising visitation to our websites, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and budget, and delivering timely, high-quality sales and marketing activities and reports.
