RBH Hospitality Management in Australia is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing for the Radisson Hotel, Liverpool. You will lead the sales and marketing teams, reposition the hotel in the market, and drive commercial strategy to secure new business post refurbishment.

The role requires tenacity, strategic vision, and a proven track record in hospitality sales leadership, with strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and TMCs.

Competenze

• Proven senior sales leadership experience within the hotel or hospitality sector.
• Strong focus on M&E, corporate, and group business development.
• Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to drive revenue and profitability.
• Established network within local and national agency/TMC markets.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with central/global sales structures.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and demand generation tools.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Own and execute the hotel’s sales and marketing strategy across all segments.
• Develop short- and long-term sales plans aligned to budget and market conditions.
• Lead all sales activity, building relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and TMCs.

• Drive account acquisition, retention, and growth, including event opportunities.
• Represent the hotel at key industry events and client meetings.
• Ensure effective use of systems (Opera S&C, Salesforce, Smartspace) to track performance.
• Monitor and report sales activity and market performance.
