Our multi-franchise dealership located 8 minutes from the Gold Coast airport in the heart of Tweed is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Used Vehicle Sales Manager to join our team.

About the opportunity :

This role will be responsible for leading the sales team, overseeing stock, reporting, and data analysis to ensure effective operations and growth. The successful candidate will undertake the below :

  • Establish, monitor and ensure long and short term sales and gross profit objectives for both the department and individual sales team are met
  • Continuing ongoing focus on stock management in keeping with group policy and to maximise ROI
  • Mentoring and coaching sales team
  • Set clear standards to ensure superior customer experience.
  • Monitor and act on business management information and other key performance indicators to optimise used vehicle performance and profit opportunities
