About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead sales growth across our region. In this pivotal role, you will drive new business development, expand existing customer relationships, and position Turner Engineering as the preferred partner in the market. You’ll work closely with a motivated team and senior leaders to implement strategies, tools, and processes that support capability, improve customer outcomes, and deliver on growth objectives.

What you’ll do

Lead the business development process: prospecting, qualification, proposals, and closing.

Develop and execute sales plans that achieve revenue and margin results.

Build strong customer relationships, nurture key accounts, and ensure satisfaction.

Collaborate with technical sales staff to provide tailored solutions.
