Qualifications

• Certificate of Registration in Real Estate or willingness to obtain.
• A valid driver’s licence.

Responsabilités

• Prepare key documentation including agency agreements, sales advice, lease agreements and related contracts.
• Assist with property listings and coordinate marketing campaigns with the internal marketing team.
• Coordinate and attend property inspections with prospective tenants and buyers.
• Liaise with developers and assist with project handovers and project-related documentation.
• Work with conjunction agents across commercial listings.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales and leasing team.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks as required to support transactions and team priorities.

This is a hands-on role supporting a high-performing commercial sales and leasing team. The position provides broad exposure to commercial real estate operations and offers a genuine long-term career pathway into commercial sales and leasing. It would also suit a residential real estate professional looking to transition into commercial property with structured support and mentoring.

What will your day look like?
