About the Role

The Sales Enablement Lead at BaptistCare is a pivotal role that drives national initiatives to enhance performance consistency and capability across the sales functions in Home Care Residential Aged Care and Retirement Living. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining frameworks processes and tools that support effective sales execution. It involves close collaboration with Sales Marketing Operations and Customer Experience (CX) teams to ensure that sales practices are efficient consistent and customer-focused

This is a hybrid role - with required travel.

  • CRM and Data Guru : Expert in driving CRM adoption ensuring data quality and delivering actionable insights.
  • Onboarding Ace : Skilled in onboarding frameworks sales readiness programs and cross-functional alignment.
  • Analytical Whiz : Strong analytical problem-solving and prioritization skills.
  • Collaborative and Organized : Highly organized proactive detail-oriented and great at stakeholder engagement.
