Qualifications

• Experience working in a residential home construction environment.
• Minimum of 1 year producing drawings.
• Understanding of the NCC and related construction practices.
• Knowledge of current housing codes and regulations.
• Proficiency in a 3D drawing program is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate drawings within specified timeframes.
• Ensure compliance with council and statutory authorities.
• Produce quote sittings ensuring compliance with client requests.
• Complete all drawings in ArchiCAD following the business's standard practices.
