Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Sales & Customer Service Officer at Adelaide Airport on a casual basis. You will greet customers, assist with vehicle rentals, process agreements, and address inquiries in a fast-paced setting.

Drive sales, stay informed on promotions, and ensure vehicle readiness while building lasting customer relationships. Benefits include incentives, training, uniform and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service or retail
• Car rental experience is highly desirable
• Strong communication and ability to interact with customers
• Computer literacy required
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster including weekends and public holidays
• Valid Australian driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Current and ongoing Australian work rights
• A positive can do attitude!

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in renting vehicles based on their preferences and needs
• Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Inspect vehicles before and after rental periods, noting any damages
• Achieve or exceed sales targets
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, services, and products to assist with sales efforts
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Detailing and cleaning vehicles to business quality standards
• Refuel and transport vehicles

To be considered, you should possess:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service or retail

• Car rental experience is highly desirable

• Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster - 7 day shift work including weekends and public holidays

• Valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record

• Current and ongoing Australian work rights
