99 Bikes is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team. No bike expertise is required as full on-the-job training and access to our Leadership Academy are provided. You will help customers choose bikes and accessories while contributing to a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to help customers select bikes and accessories.
• No bike expertise required; training provided on the job and via Leadership Academy.
• Handle store operations such as inventory and merchandising with proper safety training.
• Hit sales targets with tiered rewards and uncapped commission.
• Thrive in a high-performing team with regular coaching and team events.
• Weekend work is common with time off during the week.
