Travelex is seeking a part-time Sales Consultant to promote travel money products and deliver exceptional customer service. You will be the face of the brand, working in-store to meet and exceed sales KPIs while delivering a seamless customer journey.

Flexibility for additional shifts is noted, and comprehensive training will be provided to cover currencies and products. This role emphasizes a supportive team culture and opportunities for career development.

Formación

• Passion for travel and customer service orientation.
• Previous sales-based role with KPI understanding.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer interaction skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive, can-do attitude and driven mindset.
• Comfort with numbers and detailed processes.
• Experience with foreign currencies is not essential; training provided.

The role

We are looking for self-motivated, friendly retail expert/brand ambassador seeking a new challenge to join our Retail Team. You will be the face of Travelex, representing our brand by promoting our exciting travel money products, exceeding customer expectations, and owning the Travelex store like it’s your own.

Your experience

• Passion for Travel
• Previous sales-based role with an understanding of KPIs
• Excellent verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

• Enjoys working with numbers and detail in a structured environment
