99 Bikes is hiring a Sales Consultant across multiple Adelaide stores. No bike expertise required—full on-the-job training and access to our Leadership Academy are provided. You’ll drive customer service, meet sales targets, and enjoy generous commissions in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a customer champion, helping customers select bikes and accessories to meet diverse riding styles.
• No bike expertise required; receive on-the-job training and Leadership Academy access.
• Play an active role in store operations: inventory, stock reception, merchandising, and safety training.
• Hit sales targets and product knowledge milestones with tiered rewards and uncapped commission.
• Support a high-performing culture with regular coaching, team events, and competitions.
• Adapt to a busy weekend retail environment with flexible hours and time off midweek.

About The Role

• Customer Service - Serve as a customer champion, helping customers by recommending the bikes and accessories for all types of riding styles to deliver on our vision to be The World's Most Approachable Bike Shops
• No bike expertise required! We provide full on-the-job training and access to our in-house Leadership Academy.
• This is an active job - you'll take a hands-on role in keeping the store running seamlessly. From managing inventory, receiving stock, merchandising - backed by comprehensive, safe manual-handling training.
