About the Role:

As a Sales Associate, your main focus will be on delivering outstanding shopping experiences for discerning clients. You will engage with customers, understand their preferences and guide them through an exclusive selection of jewellery and watches. In addition to sales, you will assist with visual displays, stock management and various store operations to ensure a first‑class environment. Your contribution will directly influence customer satisfaction and sales success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage customers warmly, providing personalised service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets through consultative selling of luxury jewellery and watches.
  • Support visual merchandising efforts by dressing windows and display cabinets, and assisting with store displays.
  • Utilise point‑of‑sale systems to process transactions, update customer information, and manage stock records.
  • Perform stock management duties such as stock counting, tidying storage areas, and recording inventory locations.
  • Participate in store housekeeping, including cleaning display cabinets, windows, and back areas.
  • Support staff meetings, training sessions, and participation in promotional events or exhibitions, which may occur outside regular hours.
  • Assist with clerical duties, including limited banking support and communication with clients via email, SMS, or phone calls.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience in high‑end retail sales, particularly in jewellery, watches or luxury goods.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
  • Experience with POS systems and basic administrative tasks like stock management and banking assistance.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Professional appearance and grooming standards.
Additional Requirements
  • Experience or knowledge of jewellery and Swiss watches is a plus but not mandatory - training will be provided.
  • Must be flexible to work on a rotating roster, including alternate weekends and evenings.
  • Must be an Australian resident.
