Swatch is seeking a Sales Associate for our Brisbane or Chermside Store to bring the energy and personality of the brand to life every day.

You will create memorable customer experiences, drive sales performance and maintain visual merchandising standards while staying up to date with product launches and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Champion a customer-first culture and deliver an unforgettable experience.
• Utilise customer engagement to build loyalty and a unique in-store experience.
• Stay updated on new products and promotions and participate in training.
• Support the team in achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure the store looks its best with merchandising standards.
• Assist with stocktake and stock management.
• Follow up with customers regarding warranty and general queries.

We’re looking for an exceptional Sales Associate for our Brisbane or Chermside Store, to bring the energy, passion and excitement of the Swatch brand to life, every minute.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Champion a customer first culture and deliver an unforgettable experience
• Utilise your customer engagement skills with a focus on building loyalty and a unique in store experience
• Keep up to date with our new products, promotions (and participate in regular training to keep you up to date with our new products and promotions)
• Support the team in achieving (and exceeding!) sales targets and KPI's
• Ensure the store always looks it’s best, including products displays and following our merchandising standards
• Assist with daily and monthly stocktake and stock management
• Follow up with customers regarding warranty and general queries
