Job summary

Campbell Property Group (CPG) is seeking a Casual Sales Associate for the Domaine Homes team in South West Sydney, NSW. You will be the first point of contact for prospective home buyers, guiding them through the display centre experience and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will support the sales team with admin tasks, help promote Domaine Homes’ residential products, and maintain the presentation of the display centre and sales office.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Comfortable working weekends as required.
• Able to maintain display centre presentation.

As a Casual Sales Associate, you will be assisting the teams during high busy periods and covering leave. You will be the first point of contact for prospective home buyers, guiding them through the display centre experience and providing exceptional customer service. You will work alongside a dynamic team, supporting the sales process and helping clients find their dream home.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, informative experience at the display home
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including document preparation and record-keeping
• Assist with marketing initiatives and promotion of Domaine Homes’ residential products
• Maintain the presentation and professionalism of the display centre and sales office
• Register leads, distribute marketing materials, and build strong relationships with prospective home buyers

About You

• A natural communicator with a personable, friendly approach
• Available to work 2 or more days per week which may include Saturdays and/or Sundays
• An excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
• Highly energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• A strong organiser with attention to detail
• Able to work collaboratively in a high-performing team and independently
• A goal-oriented person with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
