Job summary

Lowes is inviting applications for a Casual Sales Assistant at our Kotara store. You’ll join a small, friendly team to deliver an exceptional in-store experience, greet customers, and assist with stock and visual presentation.

With a focus on customer service, you’ll use product knowledge to help shoppers, handle transactions, and keep the store well-presented. Flexible weekday and weekend shifts are available in a family-values culture.

The opportunity

We are currently looking for a Casual Sales Assistant to join our team in Kotara.

Working closely with the store team, you will deliver an amazing in-store experience for our customers. You will be required to get involved in all aspects of being a sales assistant, from greeting and serving customers, to replenishing stock and ensuring the store is presentable.

What you’ll do

• Support all elements of store operations including processing transactions, visual merchandising, stock replenishment/deliveries.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience - please have at least a couple of references ready
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
