Anaconda, part of Spotlight Retail Group, is growing fast with 75+ stores across Australia. We create immersive outdoor experiences and educate, equip, and inspire adventurers.

Join us to be part of that journey and help customers find what they need. Providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection and offering advice, and handling transactions with efficiency are core to this role.

Qualifications

• A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for our products.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Availability for flexible shifts, including late night, weekends, and public holidays.
• Previous retail experience is a bonus but not essential – we provide training!
