Job summary

Ghanda Clothing is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant in Caloundra, Queensland. You will deliver the Ghanda Experience to every customer, handle till interactions, and keep our store looking on-brand with vibrant visual merchandising.

You'll join a supportive team with flexible school holiday availability and a can-do attitude. Prior retail or hospitality is welcome, but the right attitude matters most as Ghanda values people who grow with us.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail/hospitality preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transport and flexible availability including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Ghanda Experience to every customer.
• Handle point-of-sale interactions and till reconciliation.
• Maintain store presentation per visual merchandising guidelines.
• Process stock deliveries and manage inventory.

A day in the life

As a RETAIL SALES ASSISTANT you will be responsible for:

• Delivering the full Ghanda Experience to each customer who visits our store
• Point of sale interaction and till reconciliation
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
• Processing stock deliveries and inventory control
